Emma Jane

I never think of Emma as my middle child. I always think of her as 11 months younger than Willard or Mackenzie's older sister. But, the other day I was doing something and she came up to me and was telling me about her room and was very animated. I sat there looking at her and  all I could see was my chubby cheeked curly haired girl........

Did I mention giggly, too!


And, she will be 6 years old next week......6!

 When did that happen? I still see that little girl, who at age 2 was dressing herself  better than most teenage girls!

She is still giggly and curly haired on most days when she doesn't want me to straighten it! But, every moment of these almost 6 years has been more than I ever could have imagined. And, there is something to be said about the middle child, she is the most easy going girl I have ever known!
